IVORY AND PINK  - CAKE WITH BUTTERFLIES, BIRDS AND FLOWERS.
COOKIES AND CHOCOLATES.

Arriving at 1.30  and stepping into her home that had been transformed into a beautiful array of tables - covered white chairs  - vintage crockery - white candles burning - and sparkling champagne glasses waiting to be filled.

The Cake was a White Cake with White Chocolate added - a Mixed Berry and White Chocolate Filling in between the six layers - then covered with White Ganache ......... then Decorated.

If *pretty* can describe a day - then it was indeed a very *pretty* day - and so lovely to dress up for such an occasion.
Every lady had dressed for the occasion  - some wearing Pearls - some wearing Diamonds .

I also made Vanilla Bean Cookies - each one individually Embossed with a Leaf Patten and the Scrolled Letter *A* - on Ivory Fondant.
Wrapped in little Cellophane bags - with coordinating Pastel Pink Ribbons....as Thank You Gifts.

Designer Chocolates made, so as each guest could take a little memento of the day home with them....

  4. Cupcations - oh thank you petal - so kind of you to say.

Judy - thank you also - i was so surprised when i arrived at the Party and was asked if cake could sit in the Birdcage - as i didn't even know it would be there - rather spooky actually how it all worked in together :)
The Birdcage was there for decoration on the Table - but with carefull movements we got the cake in without any breakages.

SweetEatCakes - thank you for saying so.
Again - it was a complete surprise to see the Birdcage sitting there - My friend was thrilled with how it all came together.

  8. Hello NDY - and thank you for your lovely comment.
If you are meaning the *A*'s that i used to emboss the cookies with - i got them from a scrapebooking store.
I was thrilled when i saw that they were a food safe item.

    Thankyou again for stopping by

  10. NDY - oh dear - i bought them about two years ago - and now i keep them in a zip lock bag - not the original carboard box they came in...leave it with me for a day or two and i will search for them on Google - and get back to you.
Sorry i can't give you a brand name right now...
Please remember i am in Australia - hopefully i can find them on the net and then you can purchase...
