APRICOT and IVORY ....WITH A DUSTING OF WEDGEWOOD.

The Reception was held at Lamont's Restaurant @ Bishop House located in the heart of Perth.
A more suitable venue would be hard to find, to compliment the soft vintage colours of the Wedding Cake and Mini Cupcakes......

Miss N and Mr C had the perfect day - a warm winter sun - a gentle breeze, wafting through the trees which surrounds the sweeping lawns at Bishop House.
Inside the beautiful building, the wooden floors, magnificent mirrors and glass doors that opened onto the verander.... such a tranquil setting - both inside and out.

Mini Sponge Cupcakes sat in Mini Wrappers, surrounding the Ivory and Apricot Wedding Cake.
Each Cupcake was topped with an Ivory Embossed lid - then decorated with one of my delicately made  Apricot Flowers - many with their edges dusted with the soft colour of Wedgwood.

The Wedding Cake - a fully matured Brandied Fruit Cake.... standing 6 inches high - was decorated in Ivory Fondant and tumbling Apricot Flowers.. Large flowers sat atop the Cake.... with softer  Wedgwood  hydrangea flowers draping down one side....all if which sat on an Ivory Cake Board - with mini Ivory flowers.

The Bride requested Flowers that matched her Bouquet to be placed along the signing table...out on the lawn....  I was more than happy to arrange  the Purple Tulips - Apricot Roses, Ranunculus with an Orange hue and sprigs of Freesias..... that looked every pretty in the little bottles and pots
